This month welcomes Mental Health Week. It seems mental health issues are finally getting the attention they deserve and there is so much more support out there if you or a loved one is struggling. The impact of Covid 19 has vastly impacted many people’s mental health state and things can be quickly become critical if ignored.

Cognitive hypnotherapy is a great option for many people who suffer at times with their mental health as it can help get to the root of underlying issues that are causing you difficulty and help you find proactive ways of relieving worries and finding a sense of peace. The word-weaving suggestive recordings that form a part of the therapeutic process are also a simple but effective tool to use in times of increased difficulty or depression.

One of the best ways to help combat stress and anxiety is to get out and about in nature. It is important make time for regular connections with nature which help us feel calmer and gives us some often much-needed time to ourselves or with friends. Check out some of the personal benefits people have experienced in the podcasts available here….
